Step into a newly established leadership role at a pivotal time for Bella Center Copenhagen. As our first Head of Event Delivery, you will bring five specialist teams together and help shape an event delivery organization ready for our ambitious growth toward 2030.

Your role

As Head of Event Delivery, you will take end-to-end ownership of how events come to life at Bella Center Copenhagen. From the moment a signed event enters production until the final evaluation, you will unite five specialist teams, set the direction and ensure that every handover, decision and delivery works as one.

This is a newly established role with both operational authority and a clear transformation mandate. You will build the data, standards and leadership practices that enable stronger decisions today - and a more scalable event delivery organization for the future.

· Lead the full event delivery - from production kick-off through build, live execution, dismantling and evaluation - with the authority to set priorities, resolve escalations and declare an event ready.

· Lead through five specialist managers across AV, Event Design, Production, Security, Traffic & Logistics building a strong leadership team with clear goals, accountability and room to grow.

· Turn experience into measurable improvement by establishing the key data, standards and review rhythms that help us learn across events and continuously strengthen quality, efficiency and collaboration.

· Co-own Bella Venue, our new digital operations platform. You will define and prioritize the operational requirements for your area, working with a named internal owner and dedicated IT partner to turn data into clear priorities and decisions.

You are at your best in a role with real range. One moment, you make a clear call while an event is live. The next, you align five specialist areas around the week ahead. Over time, you step back, use data to spot patterns and turn what we learn into better standards and smarter ways of working.

You do not need to come from the events industry or follow one specific educational path. What matters most is that you combine operational leadership with strong analytical judgment - and can show how you have previously used both to create lasting improvements.

· You have led complex, live operations where deadlines are short, several disciplines must collaborate and decisions have real consequences.

· You lead confidently through other leaders by setting a clear direction, creating accountability and trusting managers to make decisions close to the work.

· You turn data and experience into practical improvements and can build a meaningful baseline, challenge assumptions and create standards or ways of working that people continue to use.

· You connect strategy, systems and everyday operations and can translate operational needs into clear requirements.

· You communicate with ease in Danish and English and are ready to be present in the venue when the operation requires it.
